Welcome to Swedish Musicological Society's Internet Publication STM-Online

Volume 12 (2009) is now available.

STM-Online (ISSN 1403-5715) is the electronic sister publication of the The Swedish Journal of Musicology (STM), supported by the Swedish Research Council. Publication began in November, 1998.

We want the publication to reflect a wide variety of perspectives from many disciplines within the musicological field, but our primary interest is in articles related to Swedish or Nordic music.

We encourage scholarly texts and essays in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, or German that take advantage of the internet medium and integrate text, sound, and graphics. We also welcome traditional text-based manuscripts.

The texts will be evaluated by anonymous peer-review.

There is also space devoted to shorter texts, such as discussions and commentaries, as well as a publication review section.

Deadline for submitting articles for volume 13 (2010) is April 1, 2010.
